Vew Diaz with eXp Realty sends text messages to people who ask for real estate help, for example through the home value form on this site, a call or text to (401) 395-6557, or a website inquiry. Messages cover your home search, home value, showings, appointments and follow-up on your request.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the consent box on a form on this site (it is never pre-checked) or by texting me first. Consent is not a condition of buying or selling a home or of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your request, usually a few messages per week at most.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’re opted out.
